Enchanter Spells

Enchanters have been completely reworked from live, changes are as follows: #

• Charm is now usable at level 1 but only works on mobs up to level 10.
• Charmed enemies now receive mitigation, accuracy, and strikethrough (the same additions already given to MAG/BST/NEC pet buffs).
• Charm has a -10 resist modifier.
• All of these effects increase with the level of charm spell.
• Charm effects up to level 10 (attainable at level 1)
• Beguile effects up to level 25 (attainable at level 10)
• Cajoling Whispers effects up to level 35 (attainable at 20)
• Allure effects up to level 45 (attainable at 30)
• Ordinance now effects up to level 52 (usable at 40)
• Boltran’s Agacerie now effects up to level 55 (usable at level 40)
• Dictate now effects up to level 60 (usable at level 52)
• Beckon now effects up to level 64 (usable at level 61)
• Command of Druzzil now behave’s like Dictate (-1000 resist modifier with a base duration of 2 minutes) and effects up to level 65 (usable at level 61)
• Handing items to a charmed pet allows the pet to equip the item but hands it back to the player. When charm breaks, the equipped items are removed from the pet’s equipment and can be re-equipped once re-charmed with the same items.
